This is a picture of my youngest grandchild. She is about a year and a half old and so much fun. The picture was taken at my grandson, Kyson's, birthday party. It was a bowling party and the kids had a lot of fun. The reason I snapped this picture is because this little one is right at home at the bowling alley. She spends some time there because her parents, my son and his wife bowl in a league with some of their good friends. The reason I love this picture is because my daughter in law grew up in the bowling alley as well. I am sure she ran and played in the exact spot my granddaughter was in this picture.
I love when families can pass down traditions and make memories with their kids and grandkids. Jordyn's other grandma still helps at the bowling alley and was just put into their hall of fame. Jordyn's Grandpa Dave is also in that hall of fame as well. He passed before she was born, but I know that he is up there smiling every time Jordyn is laughing and playing and enjoying the bowling alley like her mom did.
When you get the chance to share family traditions with your loved ones please do. If you get the opportunity to share a favorite memory with your younger generations please do. If you are the younger generation and you have the chance to listen to those memories and make more with those loved ones...... please do.
